Roll Call Votes: There were no Roll Call votes in today's session of the Senate.Monday, January 28, 2008 The Senate will convene at 2:00pm and proceed to a period of morning business until 3:00pm. Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of S. 2248, FISA. At 4:30pm, the Senate will proceed to a vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Rockefeller/Bond substitute to S. 2248.
All second degree amendments to the Rockefeller/Bond substitute amendment must be filed at the desk no later than 4:00pm on Monday, January 28th.At 9:00pm on Monday the President will address a Joint Session of Congress to present his State of the Union address. Senators should gather in the Senate chamber at 8:20pm to proceed as a body to the House Chamber at 8:30pm.
