WASHINGTON – Today on the floor, U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) praised President Trump’s defense and national security nominees and discussed restoring America’s credibility on the world stage after the damage done during the Biden administration. “It is no exaggeration to say we are perhaps at the most dangerous environment geopolitically since World War II, and we know from history that the beginning of wars becomes only clear in retrospect.”
