WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) met yesterday with leaders from the City of Del Rio including Mayor Al Arreola and City Manager Shawna Burkhart, to discuss increasing legitimate trade and travel, easing congestion at ports of entry, improving safety, and expediting presidential permits for key bridge expansion projects in the region, specifically for the Del Rio-Acuña International Bridge.
